Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Hunter Inside Sales Representative to own and grow net new accounts within our Commercial segment. You will develop territory plans, focus on whitespace, and craft a daily prospecting strategy to engage large Commercial accounts with Elastic's Search, Observability, and Security solutions.

You will collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams to build pipelines, qualify opportunities, and close deals.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in sales roles focused on hunting or creating new accounts.
• Ability to plan and execute strategies to drive pipeline in whitespace accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a collaborative problem-solving mindset.

Mansioni

• Develop and build a territory plan for ~500 accounts you will own and manage.
• Focus entirely on whitespace accounts to grow pipeline.
• Create a strategic prospecting approach to gain introductions and position Elastic technology.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities using inbound flow, personal prospecting, and existing accounts.
• Collaborate with sales development, marketing, partners, product, and customer service to drive results.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.
• Accurately forecast territory performance and required resources per our sales process.
