Elastic, the Search AI Company, is hiring a Hunter Inside Sales Representative to own and grow net new Commercial accounts. You will develop a territory plan, focus on whitespace, and craft a daily prospecting strategy to drum up new opportunities and showcase our suite of products across Search, Observability, and Security.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales roles defined as hunting or creating new accounts.
• Ability to plan and execute strategies to drive pipeline in whitespace accounts.
• Collaborative and inventive approach to problem-solving.
• Desire and ability to operate in an ambitious, self-starting environment.
• Outstanding written and oral communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build a territory plan for ~500 accounts you own in a defined territory.
• Focusing entirely on whitespace accounts.
• Create a strategic prospecting strategy to gain introductions and solve business challenges.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities leveraging various sources.
• Collaborate with sales development, marketing, partner, product and customer service teams to deliver results.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close the sale.
• Accurately forecast territory performance and required resources following the sales process.
