Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Hunter Inside Sales Representative to own and grow new Commercial accounts in a fast-growing segment. You will build a territory plan for ~500 accounts, focus on whitespace, and craft a daily prospecting strategy to open conversations and position our products across Search, Observability, and Security.

You will collaborate with sales development, marketing, partners, product, and customer success teams to close deals, negotiate terms, and forecast

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales hunting or creating new accounts experience.
• Ability to plan and execute strategies to drive pipeline in whitespace accounts.
• Collaborative and inventive approach to problem-solving.
• Ambitious, self-starting environment with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a territory plan for ~500 accounts you will own, call, and manage.
• Focus on whitespace accounts and build a strategic prospecting strategy.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities using inbound, outbound, and partner contacts.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver outstanding results with sales, marketing, partners, product, and customer service teams.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close deals.
• Accurately forecast territory performance and resource needs following the sales process.
