Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Hunter Inside Sales Representative to grow net-new Commercial accounts. You will own a territory plan, focus on whitespace, and position our AI-native solutions across Search, Observability, and Security.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hunting sales, strong prospecting, collaboration with marketing, partner, and product teams, and outstanding negotiation and presentation skills. This role offers a hybrid schedule near San Francisco or New York.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience focused on hunting/new accounts.
• Ability to plan and execute territory strategies.
• Collaborative and inventive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan for net-new Commercial accounts.
• Focus on whitespace accounts and create a strategic prospecting strategy.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities using various channels and leads.
• Work cross-functionally with sales development, marketing, partner, product and customer service teams.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close deals.
• Accurately forecast territory performance and resources.
