Comfort Systems USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive in Richmond, VA to drive new business growth in HVAC and building performance. This role involves generating new opportunities and working with facility leaders and property stakeholders to address comfort, reliability, and energy issues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of outside sales experience, with a proven track record in building customer relationships. Competitive salary with OTE of $100k - $110k for the first year is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
• Proven ability to build pipeline through self-generated activity.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or building performance is a plus.

Responsibilities
