Human Resources Manager

Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their New York City team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands‑on, strategic role supporting the full employee lifecycle and shaping the next stage of organizational development as the firm continues to expand.

Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr – $165,000.00/yr

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including management‑level exposure, required.
• Prior experience working in financial services or professional experiences, required.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and detail‑oriented, with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across cultures.
