Resource Manager

Our client, a professional services company, is seeking a Resource Manager to join their New York City team. The individual will play a key role in resourcing, deployment, and staffing on client engagements, ensuring teams are efficiently resourced while maintaining balance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing both the administrative and strategic aspects of resource planning.

Base Pay Range

$75,000 – $95,000 per year

Additional compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in resource management, operations, or recruiting coordination, ideally within marketing, communications, or professional services.
• Strong Excel and data management skills, with the ability to track and report on staffing metrics.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
