Qualifications

• 3-7 years’ experience as an HR Generalist, preferably with financial acumen.
• SHRM Certified or willing to obtain the certification.
• Proficient in technology systems and computer literacy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups.
• Maintain discretion when working with sensitive or confidential information.
• Willingness to continue learning through different initiatives to maintain submit matter expertise.

Responsibilities

Salary: $140,000 to $160,000 based on experience + discretionary bonus
