Our client, a leading global consumer products company, is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to support its Marketing and Creative teams in New York City. This role will partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance, employee engagement, and broader HR initiatives while also supporting day-to-day HR needs. The ideal candidate brings progressive, well-rounded HR experience, including strategic HR business partnering in a high-growth, matrixed, or global organization.

The salary for this role is $175K.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
