Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in HR Generalist/HR Business Partner or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Promote positive employee relations and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coach leaders and employees on performance management, development planning, and employee counseling.
• Support HR compliance efforts and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
• Conduct and assist with employee investigations, conflict resolution, and related employee relations matters.
• Coordinate talent reviews, development plans, and performance improvement plans with management.
• Complete HR administrative activities and maintain accurate documentation as needed.
• Meet regularly with employees during their first 90 days to gather feedback and support successful onboarding and assimilation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of orientation and onboarding programs through new hire follow-up.
• Track and coordinate employee concerns, questions, and support requests across departments to ensure timely resolution.
• Compile and analyze HR metrics related to onboarding and employee engagement, providing reports and recommendations to site leadership
