The position involves partnering with managers, coordinating full-cycle recruiting, facilitating onboarding, administering policies, and supporting leaves, benefits, and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience handling employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality.

This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders by providing guidance on a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and corrective action.


• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.


• Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience.


• Administer company policies and procedures while ensuring consistent application across the organization.


• Support leave administration, workers\' compensation, unemployment claims, and employee accommodations.


• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.


• Assist with benefits administration and answer employee questions regarding HR programs.


• Support performance review and talent development processes.


• Partner with leadership on employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.


• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel documentation.


• Participate in HR projects focused on process improvement, compliance, and organizational development.
