Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a dynamic, multi-site organization. This role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, guiding talent strategies, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and workforce development initiatives.

You will partner with management to drive HR operations, compliance, and talent management while influencing leaders and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 5+ years in progressive HR roles (Generalist/Business Partner/HR Manager).
  • Experience supporting multiple locations in manufacturing/production/distribution environment.
  • Proven ability to partner with leaders in fast-paced settings.
  • Experience supporting a multi-site workforce is required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies for workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, development, and succession.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, accommodations, conflict resolution, and employment actions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to attract and select top exempt and non-exempt talent.
  • Identify workforce needs and organizational capabilities to support current and future business demands.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend solutions.
  • Support compensation initiatives, job evaluations, and job description reviews.
  • Lead or participate in employee investigations, corrective actions, and separations with compliance.
  • Partner with leaders to support engagement, development, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Evaluate HR programs and policies to drive operational effectiveness.
  • Stay current on employment law updates and HR best practices.
  • Serve as champion for employee experience and culture.
  • Support special projects and other HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership teams to develop and execute HR strategies that support workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including performance management, workplace investigations, accommodations, conflict resolution, and employment actions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting partners to attract, assess, and select top talent for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Identify workforce needs and organizational capabilities to support current and future business demands.
  • Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support compensation initiatives, job evaluations, and job description reviews to ensure alignment with organizational needs and market competitiveness.
  • Lead or participate in employee investigations, corrective action processes, and separation activities while maintaining consistency and compliance.
  • Partner with leaders to support employee engagement, professional development, and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to HR programs, policies, and procedures that drive operational effectiveness.
  • Stay current on employment law updates, industry trends, and HR best practices.
  • Serve as a champion for employee experience, engagement, and organizational culture.
  • Support special projects and other HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Human Resources Manager capacity.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations within a manufacturing, production, distribution, or similar operational environment.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with leaders in a fast-paced business setting.
  • Experience supporting a multi-site workforce required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to coach leaders and navigate complex employee relations matters.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HR technology platforms, including HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and drive positive outcomes.
  • Commitment to creating an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
Preferred Certifications
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
