Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience handling employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Administer company policies and procedures while ensuring consistent application across the organization.
• Support leave administration, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and employee accommodations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist with benefits administration and answer employee questions regarding HR programs.
• Support performance review and talent development processes.
• Partner with leadership on employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel documentation.
• Participate in HR projects focused on process improvement, compliance, and organizational development.
