We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources operations. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner to site leadership while ensuring effective HR service delivery, employee engagement, talent management, employee relations, and compliance with employment regulations.
This role requires a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and can effectively support both management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with site management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on workforce planning, organizational development, and people-related matters.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary issues.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
- Manage manpower planning and recruitment activities to meet operational requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Monitor headcount, turnover, and workforce productivity metrics.
Employee Relations
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain effective communication channels between employees and management.
Performance & Talent Management
- Drive performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Support succession planning and talent development programs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage HR audits and compliance reporting requirements.
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of HR experience
- Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in employee relations and stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
