Thorough knowledge of HR
Excellent diplomatic and negotiation skills
Strong communication skills in writing and verbally
Ability to engage across organizational levels, including employees, managers, Managing Directors, and global headquarters
High intercultural competency
Proficient in MS Office Suite
SAP R3/HR module experience is an asset
Strong ability to work under pressure and under time pressure
Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
Willingness to travel
