Job summary

time:matters Americas Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to connect people, business and a global HR team in the US.

You’ll advise employees and managers, shape the local HR experience, drive recruiting and employer branding, and contribute to international HR projects. You’ll own administrative HR topics for local US employees, ensure compliance with HR policies, lead local recruiting, develop HR concepts in line with global HQ, and interface between staff and service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years working experience or Master and 3+ years working experience.
• Academic degree with focus on HR and/ or labor law.
• Working experience in HR.
• Fluency in English required.
• German and Spanish language skills are desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• SAP R3/HR module an asset.
• Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to relate to all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements
