time:matters Americas Inc. is seeking an Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions for US employees in Miami, with a focus on recruiting, employer branding, and compliance. The role reports to local leadership and interacts with global HR teams.

The position requires a HR-focused degree and 5+ years of experience, fluency in English, and willingness to travel. Onsite work in Miami, FL, full-time employment with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of working experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of working experience in HR
• Academic degree with focus on HR and/or labor law
• Working experience in HR
• Fluency in English required
• German and Spanish language skills are desirable
• Thorough knowledge of HR
• Excellent diplomatic and negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills in writing and verbally
• Ability to engage across organizational levels, including employees, managers, Managing Directors, and global headquarters
• High intercultural competency
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• SAP R3/HR module experience is an asset
• Strong ability to work under pressure and under time pressure
• Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Advise employees, managers, and the Managing Director on HR-related topics
• Own administrative HR topics for local US employees
• Lead local recruiting: job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and job fairs
• Develop and strengthen the local employer brand to attract talent
• Ensure compliance with relevant HR policies, rules, and regulations
• Support change processes and develop local HR concepts and policies aligned with global HQ
• Lead or support HR projects and special initiatives with local and international impact
• Serve as the interface between local employees and managers, global HR, and internal/external service providers
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Disciplinary and Functional Leaders
