time:matters in Miami, FL seeks a Human Resources Manager to align people, business and global HR initiatives. You’ll advise employees and managers, shape the local HR experience, drive recruiting and employer branding. You’ll work with international HR projects, ensure compliance, interface with global HQ, and support change processes.

Fluency in English is required; German and Spanish are desirable. Travel and US work permit are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years HR experience, or a Master with 3+ years HR experience.
• HR-focused academic degree (HR or labor law).
• Fluency in English required; German and Spanish desirable.
• Excellent diplomatic and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to relate to all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to travel; U.S. work permit required.
• CV/Resume required; relocation not provided.

Responsibilities

• Advise employees, managers and the Managing Director on HR topics.
• Own administrative HR topics for local US employees.
• Lead local recruiting, including postings, screenings, interviews and job fairs.
• Develop and strengthen the local employer brand.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Support local and international HR projects and policies.
• Interface between local employees, managers, global HR and providers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by leaders.
