Job summary

AAR is seeking a Human Resources professional to provide comprehensive HR support to business units in all areas, including employee relations, recruiting and on-boarding, and benefits administration for the Miami location.

The role involves guiding managers and employees on relations issues, recruiting salaried staff, handling complaints and grievances, conducting exit interviews, and coordinating performance management and employee engagement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience in Human Resources.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

• Lead employee round table discussions

• High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Extremely strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent judgment in a range of situations, maturity and trustworthiness
• Strong employee relations experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and team members (required)

Education And/Or Experience

• 5 years+ experience in Human Resources
