Valley Professional Search in Fargo, ND is seeking an onsite HR leadership professional to support employee, manager, and leadership needs across core people operations.

You will oversee employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, and HR compliance, collaborating with senior leadership to advance people priorities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive HR experience, a related bachelor’s degree or active HR certification, and superb communication.

• Experience independently managing employee relations and employment compliance.
• Background in payroll, benefits, and recruiting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of HR operations.
