Securitas Security Services in Fargo, ND is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for the branch office. This onsite role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. You will assist the HR team with recruitment and employee-related matters to keep HR processes running smoothly for the branch.

Job description

Securitas Security Services offers a Human Resources Generalist role based in the Fargo, ND branch office with a benefits package designed to support your health, time, and family. This is an onsite opportunity (100% in the branch office) working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, at a rate of $20.00 per hour. You will assist the HR team with recruitment and employee-related matters, helping keep HR processes running smoothly for the branch.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with a variety of tasks, with a strong focus on recruitment
• Support employee relations
• Assist with investigations
• Provide support for terminations
• Assist with leave of absences
• Support workers comp processes
• Help with compliance tasks
• Handle other miscellaneous HR duties as they arise

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have reliable means of communication and transportation
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA
• Must be able to read, speak, and write English
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work an occasional Saturday for hiring events
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail orientated with strong organizational skills
• Good attitude and strong personality
• All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
