Job summary

Dizario Search is seeking a Human Resource Manager for a well-established manufacturing organization serving aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. This leadership role focuses on employee engagement, retention, leadership development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

The position partners with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, leads recruiting and employee development, and ensures compliance across federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, recruiting, retention, and performance management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop an HR team for a large employee population.
• Experience with HRIS, compensation, benefits, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

This is a highly visible leadership role focused on employee engagement, retention, leadership development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and operational priorities
• Lead recruiting, retention, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives
• Advise supervisors and managers on employee relations, performance management, and employment practices
• Lead and develop the site HR team while supporting leadership development
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and oversee HR processes
• Monitor workforce metrics and drive continuous improvement in HR processes, retention, and organizational effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, employee relations, recruiting, retention, and performance management
• Proven ability to lead and develop an HR team while supporting a large employee population
• Experience with HRIS, compensation, benefits, and organizational development
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus
