Job summary

Top Stack is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Newtown Square, Delaware County, to lead HR strategy across multiple locations. You will work closely with various teams, ensuring compliance and managing talent acquisition and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, including labor relations, and preferably have a background in manufacturing or distribution. Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred.

Job description

We are partnering with a growing multi-site organization to identify a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy and operations across multiple business functions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead HR strategy and day-to-day support across manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, and commercial teams
• Partner with operational and business leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance management
• Manage labor relations activities, including grievance resolution, contract interpretation, and union-related matters where applicable
• Oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and employee relations initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and workforce programs across multiple locations
• Partner with safety, operations, and HR teams on workforce planning, workers’ compensation, and organizational change efforts
• Develop HR metrics and reporting to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site leadership experience
• Background supporting manufacturing, distribution, operations, or commercial teams preferred
• Preferred experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Labor relations and union experience required
• Strong business partnership, leadership, and employee relations skills
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills strongly preferred
• Ability to travel as needed across multiple locations
