Position Summary:

The HR Generalist will support the HR department in carrying out various human resource functions, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Generalist will be an integral part of ensuring smooth HR operations and will work closely with both employees and management to foster a positive work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.

• Act as a point of contact for employees to address concerns, questions, or grievances.

• Assist in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive, respectful work environment.

• Assist employees with benefits inquiries, open enrollment, and claims processes.

• Manage employee records for compensation, bonuses, and benefits programs.

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding compensation and benefits.

• Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in an HR or administrative role, preferably in a generalist capacity.

• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
