Job summary

Precision Concepts International LLC in Georgia seeks an experienced HR Leader to manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including recruiting, employee relations and HR generalist responsibilities in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, and temporary positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Verify timekeeping records and support payroll processing accuracy.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and training to ensure successful onboarding.
• Maintain confidential employee records in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Serve as HR resource, guiding employees and resolving workplace concerns.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
• Partner with plant leadership to support performance management and annual compensation reviews.
• Manage employee access and HR administrative functions for the facility.
• Communicate company policies and operational updates to employees.
• Recommend HR process improvements to increase efficiency and support business objectives.
• Coordinate the site's Safety Program and monthly Safety Committee meetings.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support responsible management of company resources and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, and temporary positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Verify employee timekeeping records and support accurate payroll processing.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and training to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Serve as the primary HR resource for employees by providing guidance, resolving workplace concerns, and promoting positive employee relations.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance morale, retention, and organizational culture.
• Partner with plant leadership to support performance management and the annual compensation review process.
• Manage employee access and other HR administrative functions for the facility.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of employment practices, HR compliance, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
