Job summary

Venteon is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions in a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with employees and managers to provide practical solutions in a fast-paced setting.

The role covers employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, benefits, training, and HR reporting. A Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment practices, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.
