Job summary

You will partner with managers, leverage Power BI and Excel, administer performance plans, support onboarding, and ensure compliance, while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR roles.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• BS or equivalent yhducation/experience.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics using Power BI and Excel.
• Provide weekly feedback to managers on performance.
• Coach managers and employees on reporting tools and roadblocks.
• Administer performance plans as needed.
• Audit KPI reports and summarize findings.
• Process promotions and related documentation.
• Enter data into PeopleSoft for status changes.
• Onboard new hires with a customer-service mindset and compliance.
• Collaborate with Training, IT, Payroll, and PeopleSoft teams.
• Support ad hoc projects for production teams.
• Manage tickets: acknowledge, assign, resolve questions.

Job description

This person coordinates and administers a variety of HR responsibilities, including but not limited to the employee life cycle, performance management, data reporting, HRIS Data, and project coordination.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Management:

• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics identifying trends and gaps while utilizing tools such as Power BI and Excel
• Connect weekly with Managers to provide feedback on performance of individuals on their team in clear and concise manner.
• Coach Mangers and individual contributors by providing solutions to roadblocks, and how to read reporting tools.
• Administer Performance Plans as necessary.
• Audit weekly KPI reports and provide detailed summaries of findings.
• Process promotions and accompanying documentations.

Operations:

• Process and perform data entry into PeopleSoft for status changes (salary increases, promotions, transfers, etc.).
• Provide a seamless onboarding experience for New hires focused on a customer service mindset while adhering to compliance requirements (I-9, state requirements, Background checks)
• Frequent collaboration with appropriate team members and Departments: Training and Development, IT, Payroll, and PeopleSoft team
• Involved in various ad hoc projects supporting our production teams.
• Acknowledging and assigning tickets to responsible parties, researching tickets, and answering questions / resolving issues on an as-needed basis

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years’ experience in HR Roles
• Strong communicator of oral & written work; good presentation skills
• Education to include BS or equivalent combination of education/experience/certifications
• Technically proficient in working w/ an HRIS system as well as Microsoft Office suite applications including word, excel, & outlook
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• HR Certification is preferred
