Job summary

Dexian seeks a Health and Welfare benefits specialist to join our client-focused consulting team in the United States. You will apply your benefits expertise across implementation projects, data conversions, and validation activities for diverse client plans.

The role emphasizes collaborative delivery, regulatory awareness, and clear communication. You will translate business requirements to technical partners, create training materials, and mentor the virtual team to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• 3+ years of health and welfare benefits service experience.
• 3+ years of testing experience with demonstrated competence.
• Prior client implementation and platform migration experience a plus.
• Experience in Agile preferred, but not required.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Ability to independently manage one's own workload.
• Regulatory and legislative knowledge in aligned service area.
• Understanding of benefits administration systems.
• Demonstrates superb communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to conduct analysis and document findings.
• Procedure execution and process improvement.
• Align, plan, and implement new product capability delivery within flight implementations.
• Drive and / or support execution of key implementation activities (example: data conversion load).
• Participate in validation and/or testing efforts to ensure results meet the client and/or product offering requirements.
• Partnering with the Director Client HealthCare Consulting to define client specific configurable variations to support a client plan and/or administrative requirements.
• Performing root cause analysis to determine gaps or trends for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Submitting requests and/or assisting with translation of business requirements to technology partners, as applicable
• Creating training material and reference material for participant services
• Assisting and coaching the broader virtual team
• Engaging in and/or leading ongoing courses to support continued personal development.
