Horsham Center for Jewish Life in North Wales, PA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all HR functions for our 324-bed long-term care community. You will shape the employee experience, oversee staffing, compliance, and training, and partner with leadership to create a culture of kindness, compassion, and respect.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology, or a related field strongly preferred.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as HR Director.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with employees.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and CMS SNF/LTCF regulations.

• Manage and lead a team of HR professionals to provide exceptional service to employees and management.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Horsham Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Human Resources Director (HRD) to join our team.
