We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Director to join our leadership team in Fairlawn, OH. As a key member of our organizational development team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, Benefits, training, and employee relations.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientations
Develop and maintain employee policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
Analyze and improve HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
Serve as a designated liaison for employee relations, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts
