Job summary

Complete Care seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and recruiting for our facility in Madison, Wisconsin.

You will partner with center leadership to foster high morale, ensure state and federal regulatory compliance, and support a strong workplace culture with a stable, balanced schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous experience as an HR Director required.
• Industry background: SNF/LTC experience required.
• Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, proficiency with HR software and standard computer systems.

Role Overview

As the Human Resources Director, you will oversee all HR operations, employee relations, personnel compliance, and recruiting alignment for our facility. You will partner closely with center leadership to foster high morale, maintain state and federal regulatory compliance, and support a strong workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations & Investigations: Conduct thorough, objective, and timely workplace investigations; partner with management and staff to resolve issues and boost overall employee morale.
• Personnel Audits & Compliance: Conduct routine audits of center personnel files and documentation to maintain full compliance with state and federal labor laws.
• Recruitment & Hiring Support: Participate in recruitment events and collaborate with the regional Recruiting Team to execute effective hiring and onboarding plans.
• Operational HR Management: Oversee daily center HR operations and perform other leadership duties as assigned by executive staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous experience as an HR Director required.
• Industry Background: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required.
• Skills: Strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency with HR software and standard computer systems.
