  • Evaluate and provide recommendations for benefit plans.
  • Administer organization-wide employee benefits programs.
  • Perform compensation evaluations to ensure competitive benchmarking.
  • Provide guidance on performance management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Our agency provides comprehensive clinic-based services in Ambler, PA, while also extending high-caliber ABA therapy into diverse community environments, including educational and recreational settings. JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resources Director plays an integral role in providing strategic and operational leadership for all HR related functions including, but not limited to talent management, benefit administration, performance management, compensation, ensuring compliance of personnel files/documents and HR practices, and promoting and ensuring a positive, mission-driven culture. The Human Resources Director provides consultation on all human resource related issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement strategies that align with and support the organization’s mission and vision.
  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention processes for all agency positions.
  • Maintain all personnel records in accordance with relevant regulatory and accrediting bodies including Pennsylvania Department of Health, Pennsylvania Department of Medicine, and Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Ensure compliance with all IBHS regulations.
  • Create, maintain, and update HR policies and employee handbook.
  • Provide guidance to leadership team in support of Human Resources Strategic Initiatives and Best Practices.
  • Handle all worker’s compensation, unemployment claims, leave requests, and employment verification requests.
  • Handle employee relations issues such as workplace complaints / investigations, policy adherence, and conflict resolution.
  • Evaluate and provide recommendations regarding benefit plans.
  • Administer organization-wide employee benefit programs.
  • Perform compensation evaluations and make recommendations to ensure competitive benchmarking.
  • Provide guidance in relation to performance management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of Human Resources experience.
  • 3 – 5 years in a Human Resources leadership role.
  • Experience working in a HR Generalist role handling all aspects of HR.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment for all levels of employees.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
