Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior HR Director experience.
• Industry: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with HR software.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations & Investigations: Conduct thorough, objective workplace investigations and support resolution of issues.
• Personnel Audits & Compliance: Audit personnel files to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Recruitment & Hiring Support: Assist in recruitment events and onboarding plans with regional Recruiting Team.
• Operational HR Management: Oversee daily HR operations and leadership duties.

Role Overview

As the Human Resources Director, you will oversee all HR operations, employee relations, personnel compliance, and recruiting alignment for our facility. You will partner closely with center leadership to foster high morale, maintain state and federal regulatory compliance, and support a strong workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Relations & Investigations: Conduct thorough, objective, and timely workplace investigations; partner with management and staff to resolve issues and boost overall employee morale.
• Personnel Audits & Compliance: Conduct routine audits of center personnel files and documentation to maintain full compliance with state and federal labor laws.
• Recruitment & Hiring Support: Participate in recruitment events and collaborate with the regional Recruiting Team to execute effective hiring and onboarding plans.
• Operational HR Management: Oversee daily center HR operations and perform other leadership duties as assigned by executive staff.
  

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous experience as an HR Director required.
• Industry Background: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required.
• Skills: Strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency with HR software and standard computer systems.
