Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously, with familiarity using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience with bulk and niche hiring is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tracking tools.
• Experience in consultancy or high-volume hiring is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Leverage job portals and LinkedIn to identify strong candidates.
• Coordinate interview logistics and deliver candidate experience.
