Job summary

Rsan Enterprise is seeking a remote recruiter to source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. You will screen resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.

You will coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver a shortlisted slate, maintain timely communication with clients and applicants, and keep accurate records of interactions, applications, and placements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring or non-IT recruitment consultancy.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including headhunting strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently from home office setup.
• Proficiency in using internet-based tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
