Responsibilities

Manages HUD activities in compliance with HUD regulations.
Operates with a balanced budget.
Manages property in compliance with HUD, fire, safety, and health requirements.
Develops and maintains tenant services and liaises with community resources to meet tenant needs.
Develops and maintains positive public relations.
Performs leasing activities in compliance with HUD regulations.
Collects and deposits rents and security deposits.
Obtains signatures and paperwork from residents and submits data to the corporate office.
Maintains petty cash account and receipts.
