Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration/Management, Social Sciences, or related field with two years of supervisory housing experience.
• Knowledge of HUD rules and regulations related to property management.
• Knowledge of agencies that provide assistance to residents.
• Ability to oversee records and interpret policies for operational decisions.
• Two years of management experience in public housing or related programs.
• Ability to use property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations governing low-income housing.
• Knowledge of public administration practices and basic math.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and enforce performance.
• Ability to meet internal deadlines and PHAS standards.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
• Ability to obtain bonding.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligible for fleet auto insurance.

Responsabilités

• Inspect properties for safety and upkeep.
• Monitor HUD scores and property condition.
• Support compliance with HUD standards and reporting.
• Oversee maintenance requests and safety.
• Coordinate leasing and unit turnovers.
• Oversee staff and site partners.
• Manage emergency on-call duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
