Park Place Apartments is seeking an experienced HUD Community Administrator to oversee daily property operations, staff supervision, and vendor coordination. This full-time role requires managing income, notices, payroll, and compliance with housing regulations while maintaining a supportive living environment for residents.

The position emphasizes ensuring rent collection, accurate rent rolls, and adherence to HUD guidelines and fair housing laws.

Qualifications

• Experience with HUD Section 8 senior housing plus LIHTC compliance.
• Three years or more experience in property management.
• Two or more years experience small teams management.
• Yardi Experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee income collection and deposit timing.
• Prepare and distribute payroll timesheets.
• Ensure HUD fair housing and leasing compliance.
• Maintain occupancy and minimize vacancy losses.
• Monitor rent rolls and security deposits.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to keep property in top shape.
• Enforce safety practices and company policies across onsite staff.
• Provide regular reporting to supervisors on financials and operations.
