Job summary

Ray Stone Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Administrator for Park Place Apartments. The role oversees daily property operations, staff supervision, and HUD compliance to maintain quality housing and positive resident relations.

You will manage income collection, notices, payroll, vendor coordination, and occupancy measures while applying program requirements and company policies. The position is full-time, on-site, with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with HUD Section 8 senior housing and LIHTC compliance.
• Three or more years in property management or on-site leadership.
• Familiarity with budgeting, payroll, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and prompt collection of income and deposits.
• Prepare and distribute 3 and 10-Day Notices and other legal documents as required.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, HUD fair housing, and leasing procedures.
• Oversee payroll time sheets and submit to payroll.
• Ensure staff adherence to company policies and safety practices.
• Ensure monthly rent collection and daily deposits.
• Review monthly rent roll; verify deposits and move-in dates.
• Adhere to Fair Housing and Equal Employment requirements.
• Coordinate with Occupancy Specialist to minimize vacancy loss.
• Maintain resident files and complete required interviews per regulations.
• Review income/expense statements and report issues to Supervisor.
• Receipt and entry of all payables; monitor OSR and status reports.
• Apply marketing strategies to reduce vacancy loss.
• Maintain quality common areas and curb appeal.
• Resolve resident issues fairly and promptly.
• Enforce community policies for quality living standards.
• Inspect vacant units and common areas; prep market-ready units.
• Coordinate with maintenance for facility needs and safety training.
• Maintain compliance with HUD and Ray Stone Inc. requirements.
• Provide recommendations for repairs and replacements.
