You will support the Community Manager in leasing, resident relations, and inspections, with COS certification pursued within 90 days of hire. A commitment to compliance and service is essential.

Qualifications

• HUD experience and 2-5 years of property management experience.
• Must obtain COS or enroll in certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to support Community Manager in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with daily operations of the community.
• Support occupancy, leasing, and resident relations.
• Ensure inspections and reporting are completed accurately.
