Ray Stone Incorporated is seeking an experienced Community Administrator for Park Place Apartments. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, with benefits.

The Administrator will oversee daily property operations, resident services, staff supervision, and vendor coordination to maintain compliance with HUD and company standards. The ideal candidate will ensure rent collection, prepare occupancy reports, and enforce policy compliance while supporting a safe, attractive community

Qualifications

• Experience with HUD Section 8 senior housing plus LIHTC compliance.
• Three years or more experience in property management.
• Two or more years experience small teams management.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure income collection and deposit timely and accurate.
• Oversee notices and legal documents for evictions or notices.
• Maintain AP/AR compliance and HUD fair housing procedures.
• Manage payroll time sheets and submit to payroll.
