Responsabilités

• Assist with daily operations of the apartment community.
• Support HUD compliance, including recertifications and income verification.
• Prepare tenant documentation for audits and files.
• Assist with leasing and occupancy efforts.
• Monitor rent collections and delinquency reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and reporting.
• Provide backup support to the Property Manager as needed.
