Job summary

Irvinton Village Apartments seeks an Assistant Property Manager with HUD or affordable housing experience to join the onsite team. The role centers on accurate documentation, deadlines, and compliance for Section 8 and PBRA programs.

The successful candidate will manage certifications, renewals, and resident communications while supporting leasing activities and occupancy targets in a fast-paced property environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Affordable experience including Public Housing or Section 8 required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized resident files and documentation.
• Process certifications/recertifications (Annual, Interim, Initial).
• Assist with leasing activities and occupancy goals.
• Prepare notices and assist with evictions when necessary.
