Irvinton Village Apartments Apartments is seeking an Assistant Property Manager with strong leasing and operational experience to join its on-site team. The ideal candidate will have HUD or affordable housing program exposure and a keen focus on accurate documentation and deadlines.

2–3 years of relevant experience, familiarity with HUD Handbook 4350.3 and EIV procedures are prized, along with solid communication and organizational skills to support leasing goals and resident relations.

Formación

• 2–3 years of affordable housing experience, including Public Housing / Section 8.
• Experience with HUD PBRA and HUD forms.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Excellent recordkeeping and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with leasing and occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident files and documentation.
• Prepare delinquency notices and three-day notices to vacate; assist with evictions.
• Post miscellaneous income and expenses, including NSF checks and vendor commissions.
• Assist with general office operations and resident correspondence.
• Assume Property Manager responsibilities in absences.
