Job summary

Slalom is seeking a HubSpot Solution Architect for a project-based role within Slalom Flex. You will design and deliver HubSpot solutions across Marketing, Sales, Service, and CMS hubs, leading workshops and guiding governance, data models, and integrations with platforms like Salesforce and Dynamics.

In this role, you will partner with executives and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable architectures, mentor consultants, and support pursuit efforts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering CRM/marketing automation/digital transformation solutions.
• 3+ years hands-on HubSpot implementation and architecture experience.
• Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM and at least two hubs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand objectives and processes.
• Translate requirements into scalable HubSpot architectures and roadmaps.
• Define end-to-end architecture across HubSpot hubs including integrations.
• Design solution diagrams, data models and technical specs.
• Architect HubSpot integrations with Salesforce and other systems.
• Guide governance, security, and platform administration standards.
• Mentor consultants and delivery teams.
