Job summary

Huble, HubSpot’s 2024 global partner of the year, seeks a CRM Solutions Architect to design scalable HubSpot-centric solutions. You’ll integrate systems, architect data flows, and align with clients’ ecosystems.

Experience with HubSpot, API-driven architectures, and strong documentation is essential. You’ll collaborate with Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting teams to deliver high-impact projects and guide clients through adopting cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end CRM architectures.
• Ability to integrate systems and leverage APIs.
• Experience reading/writing technical docs (ERD, specs).
• Strong data strategy and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable HubSpot-centric solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and scope.
• Create documentation including requirements, specs, and data models.
• Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor juniors.
• Conduct technology audits and provide improvement recommendations.
• Define success metrics and reporting for solutions.
• Stay current with technology changes and communicate updates.
• Assist with data migration and perform QA testing.
• Drive team certifications and provide internal training.
