Innolance is seeking a HubSpot Solutions Architect to design the HubSpot architecture that connects marketing, sales, and service into a unified revenue system. You will lead solution design across portals, automation, reporting, and integrations to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role requires building out architecture across hubs, ensuring data quality, and guiding client teams through complex implementations in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualificações

• 4+ years working with HubSpot across multiple hubs.
• Experience architecting CRM, automation, and reporting solutions.
• Strong understanding of marketing and revenue operations.
• Experience with APIs, integration platforms, and data mapping.
• Excellent client communication and solution-design skills.

Responsabilidades

• Architect HubSpot solutions across CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Design workflow automation, lifecycle stages, and lead management processes.
• Build reporting frameworks that give leaders trusted revenue visibility.
• Plan and oversee integrations with ERP, finance, and business applications.
• Set data-quality, governance, and adoption standards for client portals.
• Guide consultants and client teams through complex implementations.
