Job summary

Romanda Media LLC is seeking a HubSpot-focused implementation expert who designs and delivers real HubSpot solutions rather than just administering portals. You will prefer native HubSpot objects, communicate complex decisions clearly, and produce crucial documentation guiding the project from discovery to delivery.

Expect to work with clients with messy data environments, map current and future states, and define what will not be built when simpler approaches suffice.

Qualifications

• Designed and delivered real HubSpot implementations, not just portal administration.
• Prefer native HubSpot objects first; know when a custom object is warranted.
• Comfortable in messy client environments with undocumented systems and data gaps.
• Able to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders without slogans.
• Produces written deliverables that become the basis for downstream work.

Responsibilities

• Technical discovery with client teams to map current and future state.
• Draft written requirements that the build must satisfy and present at design meetings.
• Owns HubSpot architecture concepts: objects, lifecycle definitions, pipelines, and integrations.
• Decide what to exclude from the build when simpler solutions exist.
• Stay with the build through delivery to ensure design meets actual outcomes.
