Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a HubSpot Solutions Architect to own and optimize the HubSpot platform, guiding architecture, data flows, and integrations across sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams.

You will translate business needs into scalable HubSpot configurations, build custom modules and templates, manage lead lifecycle workflows, and partner with IT to ensure reliable data and performance.

Qualifications

6-10 years of experience in HubSpot or CRM leadership
Strong understanding of HubSpot architecture, governance, and integrations
Ability to define requirements for software engineers and oversee integrations

Responsibilities

Own and optimize the HubSpot platform, guiding architecture and data flows across teams
Interface with sales, marketing, engineering, and product stakeholders to gather requirements
Define data needs, API integrations, and data structures for HubSpot
Build and customize HubSpot modules, forms, landing pages, and templates
Manage lead nurturing, lifecycle stages, and sales sequences
Provide training and guidance on HubSpot tools and best practices
Monitor performance and troubleshoot HubSpot integrations
Provide technical oversight for IT applications
