Job summary

Process Pro Consulting, a Diamond HubSpot Partner Agency, seeks a Senior HubSpot Solutions Architect (US-Remote) to lead end-to-end HubSpot design across multiple client engagements. You will own technical strategy, collaborate with consultants and developers, and ensure seamless delivery from discovery through implementation.

You’ll guide solution design reviews, oversee epic plans, and stay engaged through build to validate the final design aligns with business goals and HubSpot capabilities.

Qualifications

• Led end-to-end HubSpot solution design across discovery to delivery.
• Strong experience with CRM architecture and integration design.
• Able to manage multiple engagements and onboard client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own technical ownership and strategic support across client engagements.
• Lead discovery sessions with executives and stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end HubSpot solutions and Epic Plans (sprints, dependencies, delivery roadmap).
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and CRM architecture.
• Handoff to delivery teams with clear documentation and shared understanding.
